When reminders stop working, we take over the contact and the whole journey. A named case handler calls, negotiates and agrees instalments. From Pro the success fee is 0%.
Tens of thousands of collection cases and more than ten years behind us as a law firm
How it is built
A case left sitting does not get better
Nobody at your end has to call. We make the difficult contact, so your finance team is not also a collection department.
The handover is fixed. Nobody has to guess when enough is enough. The threshold is set in advance, and then it happens on its own.
Age is the enemy. The sooner the case is handled, the better the odds that there is still money to be had.
How it works
Human contact, fast assessment, the right track
The handover
One button — or the whole portfolio
One claim, an import or the entire ledger. If the invoice went out through Rieck, the case is already ready to hand over and there is nothing to retype.

The letter where the tone changes
Now the sender is us. The formal demand makes clear what the claim is, what it costs to ignore it, and what the next step will be.

Formal demand for payment
The claim has been assigned to us by Nordisk Byg & Anlæg A/S. If the amount is not paid within ten days, the case may proceed to legal collection, and the costs will be charged to you.
Then we agree instalments and follow up if the plan is broken. If the debtor pays only part, the remainder continues in the same case — it does not become a new one for you to track.

The economics
0% sounds too good — here is what we live on
From Pro we take no share of what the debtor pays. The subscription plus lawful interest and fees fund the work, which is why the price can stay fixed regardless of the size of the claim.
Interest and fees accrue to Rieck
The same subscription whatever the case count
Legal cases and monitoring are the exceptions

The customer is still your customer
Objections, instalments and insolvency need different answers, and the case stays with us all the way. You can withdraw it at any time — the claim is yours, not ours.
