Rieck

From the invoice going out to the money coming in

The invoice goes out through us, the payment comes in through us, and the bookkeeping happens on its own. If payment fails to arrive, the same case simply continues.

One invoice followed all the way — without anyone having to remember a step

How it is built

Rieck is not something you call once things have gone wrong

  • We have the invoice from day one. Payment, reconciliation, bookkeeping and payout run through us every single time — including when the customer pays on time.

  • Escalation is not a new system. If payment fails to arrive, reminders, letters and debt collection roll on within the same case. There is nothing to open and nothing to switch to.

  • The lawyers are in house. If the claim goes to the bailiff’s court, the case does not change hands: the lawyer has known it since the day the invoice was sent.

The journey

What happens, day by day — and who does it

The set-up

You set the rules once

Cadence, letterhead, tone of voice, amount thresholds and when a case may proceed to debt collection. The system then follows them — every single time, without anyone having to remember. No implementation, no consultant hours, no six-month project.

  • An account in five minutes — email and a password
  • One login to e-conomic, Dinero, Billy or Business Central
  • The rules apply to every case, not the individual one
Invoice day

The invoice goes out through Rieck

It is created in the portal or pulled automatically from your accounting system and sent immediately — email, SMS, letter or EAN. Payment is built into the invoice: the customer pays by card, MobilePay or payment link.

  • Master data from your own accounting system
  • Payment sits inside the document
  • Recurring amounts can run as a subscription
Payment day

Paid, reconciled, booked — and paid out

The payment is registered daily, reconciled against the invoice and booked in your accounting system without anyone touching it. The money is on its way to you the next day. This is where the vast majority of invoices end: there is never a case, and there is no success fee.

  • Reconciliation without manual checking
  • Booked in your own ledger
  • Payout the day after payment
The reminders

If payment fails to arrive, the cadence rolls on its own

The payment reminder goes out on the due date, free of charge and friendly in tone — many invoices are simply forgotten, not refused. The reminder letters then run on your own letterhead: the recipient sees a letter from you, not from a debt collection agency. The days are counted from the due date and are a typical journey, not a locked cadence.

  • Free payment reminder on the due date
  • Three reminders at intervals of at least ten days
  • Collection notice with the statutory ten-day deadline
The collection case

The case is taken over — not started from scratch

Now people take over. The claim is credit-assessed within 24 hours, and you get a named case handler with a direct line. If the debtor can pay but will not, we file a payment order and appear in the bailiff’s court — with the full history from the day the invoice was sent.

  • Credit assessment within 24 hours
  • A named case handler with a direct line
  • Rieck Advokater handles the legal stage
The payout

The money is in — down either path

The amount is reconciled and booked automatically, exactly as if the invoice had been paid on time, and the payout is on its way to you the next day. From Pro and up you keep the entire principal; in return, interest and fees accrue to us — and that is what keeps the price fixed, whether the case is DKK 15,000 or DKK 2 million.

  • The entire principal paid out from Pro and up
  • No success fee on ordinary payments
  • Part payment leaves the balance in the same case
