They can pay. They will not
Then our own lawyers take the case to the bailiff court. The claim never changes hands — the lawyer has known it since the invoice went out.
- Credit assessed within 24 hours
- Fixed price per case
- No lock-in
Tens of thousands of collection cases and our own lawyers all the way to the bailiff court
The case never changes hands
-
Same case, same system. No file to pack up and forward, and no external lawyer who has to be briefed on the case at your expense.
-
No cap on the claim. The simplified collection procedure stops at DKK 100,000. Our lawyers do not — above that the case is brought as ordinary civil proceedings.
-
The basis holds for ten years. A judgment or an endorsed payment order extends the limitation period, so the claim is still alive when the ability to pay returns.
We only recommend court when it pays off
Most cases should not go to the bailiff court
The credit assessment decides it — not impatience. There are three outcomes, and only one leads to court. Knowing the difference is what you pay a law firm for.
- Can pay, will not → legal track
- Cannot pay → monitoring
- Disputes the claim → a dispute, not a bailiff case
The payment order is filed
We file the payment order with the bailiff court. The debtor is served and given a deadline to object. If none arrives, the court endorses the order.
- Filed by lawyers in house
- The debtor gets a statutory deadline
- You follow the case in the portal
Endorsed — the effect of a judgment
Without an objection the bailiff court endorses the order. The claim can now be enforced and holds for ten years. That is what makes collection possible tomorrow, even when there is nothing to take today.
- An enforceable basis in place
- The limitation period extended to ten years
- The deadline can be interrupted again
Attachment, or an agreement that is monitored
We appear in the bailiff court and secure an attachment or an instalment plan. If the agreement breaks, we step in. If there is no ability to pay, the claim moves into monitoring on the basis we already hold.
- Attachment against assets or wages
- Instalment plan followed automatically
- A breach triggers a new legal step
A known sum, not an hourly bill
You know what a legal case costs before it is brought — two fees per case and a success fee if the money comes home. Interest, collection costs and the court fee are charged to the debtor.
- Setup fee DKK 750 per case
- Court fee DKK 750 per case
- Success fee 10% + VAT on Pro
The lawyer has known the claim since the invoice
Most collection agencies pass the legal part to an external lawyer who has to be briefed on the case — and bills for it. With us the lawyer sits in house.
-
Rieck Advokater
The same legal team from invoice to bailiff court. No handover, no new case file and no extra bill for reading up.
-
Ordinary proceedings
Claims above DKK 100,000 and disputed claims are brought in the district court by the same lawyers — and then continue the same way in the bailiff court.
-
Monitoring
If there is nothing to take today, the basis keeps the claim alive, and monitoring resumes collection once the ability returns.
-
Accounting system
The recovered amount is reconciled and booked in your own ledger like any other payment.
