Rieck Sign

A signature is not paperwork

An agreement signed with MitID holds all the way — including in the bailiff’s court. The strongest thing you do for a claim, you do before it is even a claim.

The agreement first is the cheapest collection case there is

How it is built

The same claim, two foundations — and the difference is settled in advance

  • The burden of proof flips. Without a signature it is one word against another, spread across emails and quotes. With one, the agreement speaks for itself.

  • Undisputed takes the short route. If the claim is documented and accepted, it skips the dispute and heads straight for enforcement.

  • A debt instrument holds for ten years. A signed debt instrument is a legal basis: the limitation period is ten years, not three, and the claim can be enforced without a new case.

How it works

Three steps, one binding document — and everything rests on it

Build

Set the agreement up on your own brand

Pick a template or start from scratch, and fill in terms, amounts and parties. The agreement looks like everything else you send — not like a form from an unfamiliar supplier.

  • Your own letterhead and logo
  • Terms, amounts, parties and duration
  • Ready to invoice in the same system
Sign

The counterparty signs digitally

Choose MitID when it has to be legally binding — or an ordinary digital signature when a fast, documented acceptance is enough.

  • MitID: we know exactly who signed
  • Digital signature: acceptance in one click
  • No account and no login for the counterparty
Lock

The basis is in place — timestamped and immutable

Both parties receive a timestamped copy that cannot be changed afterwards. Now you can invoice on top of it — and lean on it if there is anything to collect.

  • Timestamped at the moment of signing
  • Hash-locked and immutable
  • The same copy to both parties
The basis

Everything rests on that one signature

The four steps of a debtor journey look like they stand on their own. They do not. They all rest on the same thing — how well the claim is documented from the start.

  • The invoice stands on an agreement, not an assumption
  • Instalments build on a binding yes
  • Collection has the basis from day one
Payoff

A signed claim starts at the front of the queue

This is where the agreement pays for itself. A binding basis changes how fast and how cheaply a claim can be collected — and with Rieck Advokater behind the case, that is used to the full.

  • An undisputed claim skips the dispute
  • Debt instrument: ten years, not three
  • Enforcement without a new case
