What can we help you with?
Everything you can do in the portal — and how you do it. If the answer is not here, you reach a case handler who knows your cases.

- Getting started
How to create your account
The account exists the moment an email address and a password have been submitted — company and contact person are filled in afterwards and saved as you go. If you are interrupted along the way, you can carry on precisely where you left off.
- Getting started
Connect your accounting system
e-conomic, Visma, Dinero, Billy, Shine and Zenegy are connected with a single login — you authorise access inside your own system. Uniconta is set up by arrangement, and Business Central and other ERP systems are included from Advanced.
- Getting started
Set up your own letterhead and sender
Invoices, payment reminders and formal reminders go out on your own letterhead and from your own sender address — the customer sees you, not us. Only once a case goes to collection does Rieck sign the letters.
- Getting started
Invite your colleagues
There is an unlimited number of users in the portal at every level — including No Cure No Pay. If access is to be governed across the organisation with SSO and roles, that belongs to Advanced.
- Invoices & payment
Create and send an invoice
The invoice can be sent by email, SMS or EAN — and as a physical letter for DKK 25 each. The payment link is in it, whichever way it goes out.
- Invoices & payment
Our invoices are in our accounting system — do we have to key them in again?
No. Once the integration is connected, invoices are retrieved automatically, and overdue invoices are pulled in of their own accord. You only create anything manually if you want to.
- Invoices & payment
How can the customer pay?
By card (1.2% + DKK 1.80 within Europe, 2.9% + DKK 1.80 outside), by MobilePay or via the payment link — no login, no sign-up. Your own FI code (Danish payment slip) from Pro, Betalingsservice (direct debit) from Advanced.
- Invoices & payment
A payment has not been booked
Incoming payments are registered daily and booked in your accounting system. If one is missing, the integration has usually dropped out — typically because access in the accounting system has expired.
- Reminders
Set up the reminder flow
You decide when reminders go out, and by which route — email, SMS, letter or EAN. After that the flow runs by itself from the day the invoice falls due.
- Reminders
Send reminders on the customer’s whole balance instead of one invoice
Reminders issued on the basis of the customer balance are included from Pro. The customer then receives one letter covering everything she owes — not five letters about five invoices.
- Reminders
Send a reminder as a physical letter
We print and post it for DKK 25 each. It can be added part-way through a flow — even if everything else has gone by email.
- Reminders
The customer disputes the claim — stop the reminders
An objection halts the flow while a lawyer reviews it. No further reminders are sent on top of a dispute — neither by us nor by the automation.
- Collection cases
Send an unpaid invoice to debt collection
Opening a case costs DKK 0, and you may send an unlimited number — including on Free. The case is opened and credit-assessed within 24 hours.
- Collection cases
Follow a case
Every case sits in the portal in real time: where it stands, what has been sent, what the debtor has replied, and what happens next. You should not have to ring for a status.
- Collection cases
The debtor wants to pay in instalments
The debtor can agree an instalment plan directly in their own portal, around the clock, without speaking to anyone. You see the agreement and every single payment on the case.
- Collection cases
Withdraw a case
A collection case can be withdrawn for DKK 0 until the debtor pays or enters into an instalment plan. If the case has been resolved, the success fee is charged. If it has reached the courts, costs incurred and the court fee are added on top.
- Collection cases
Take the case to the bailiff’s court
Legal collection is chosen case by case: DKK 750 in start-up fee to us, DKK 750 in court fees to the bailiff’s court. It is run by lawyers from Rieck Advokater who have known the case from the outset — and claims above DKK 100,000 go on as an ordinary court case.
- Collection cases
The debtor cannot pay
Then we do not close the case. It is placed under monitoring, and recovery resumes the moment the ability to pay returns. You do nothing in the meantime.
- Collection cases
Is the debtor registered with RKI (the Danish credit register)?
Yes — in accordance with the applicable rules and as part of the collection process. You do not have to do anything yourselves, and we do not register anyone who has raised an objection.
- Collection cases
The debtor is based abroad
Claims outside Denmark are recovered through a network of local partners. Open the case as an ordinary collection case — we take care of the rest.
- Payout
When do we get the money?
The day after the debtor has paid. The payment is reconciled and booked automatically, and the payout is on its way — you do not have to ask for it.
- Payout
What is deducted when the debtor pays?
A success fee on the principal: 20% on Free, 10% on Standard and 0% from Pro, where you keep the entire principal. Interest, reminder fees and collection fees accrue to Rieck and are charged to the debtor in accordance with the applicable rules.
- Payout
Change the account the money is paid into
The account is changed in the portal and applies from the next payout. For security, the change is confirmed by email to the address held on the account.
- Account & subscription
Change plan
All four plans include both collection and invoicing. You can change level whenever you like — it is usually the success fee and the payment fee that decide when it pays off to move up.
- Account & subscription
Cancel the subscription
There is no lock-in, and the notice period is one day. Cases already under way run to completion on the terms they were opened under.
- Account & subscription
API, data exports and SSO
The API and data exports to your BI tool, as well as SSO and role management across the organisation, are included from Advanced and set up together with you.
- Account & subscription
Forgotten password
Ask for a new one on the login page — the link is sent to the email address the account was created with. If you have lost access to the mailbox itself, you will have to ring us: that is not something we can settle through a form.
It is not covered here
Then it is for us to answer. Raise a support case in the portal — or ring us, if it is urgent.
Did you not find the answer? Then we handle it.
Support cases are raised inside the portal, under Support. The case then hangs on your account — we can see the invoice, the integration or the collection case you are writing about, and you can follow the reply in the same place.
If you cannot log in, the telephone is the way in — it is open during opening hours.
- 01
Log in to the portal
With the email address the account was created with. If the password has gone, you can reset it on the login page.
- 02
Go to Support, and write the case
If you are standing on a specific case or invoice, raise the enquiry from there — then the case number and the entire history are already attached.
- 03
A reply within 2 hours
On working days during opening hours. The reply sits on the case — not in an inbox, where it goes astray.
