Privacy and personal data
We set one cookie, and it remembers whether you read the site in Danish or English. There is no analytics, there are no tracking pixels, and therefore there is no cookie banner either. Here is all of it.

We use one cookie on rieckflow.com. It remembers whether you read the site in Danish or English. We do not use cookies for analytics, marketing or profiling, and there are no third-party tracking pixels on the site.
That is also why you do not meet a cookie banner here. A cookie that merely remembers a choice you made yourself does not require consent under the Danish cookie order. We have chosen not to ask for consent to something we do not do.

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. The next time you visit, it can read the file again. That is how a website can remember something about you from one visit to the next.
Cookies can be necessary for a page to work at all — or they can be used to follow how you move around the internet. The difference lies not in the technology, but in what they are used for.

The cookie contains only the language code ("da" or "en"). It does not contain your name, your email, your IP address or anything that can identify you. It is not passed on to third parties.
We use no cookies for analytics, none for marketing and none to recognise you across websites.

No tracking scripts, advertising pixels or social sharing widgets are loaded on the site, and we have no arrangements to share data about your behaviour with anyone.
If you click a link to another website — politi.dk, Datatilsynet or one of our integration partners, for example — their own rules on cookies apply once you get there. We have no influence over them.
§ 5
You can always delete cookies in your browser, and you can set your browser to refuse them in advance. You do that in the browser’s settings under privacy or security.
If you refuse the cookie, the site still works — you simply have to choose your language again on each visit.

If we begin using cookies for analytics or marketing, we will update this page, and we will obtain your consent before they are set. A consent banner will appear at that point.
