The day after the debtor has paid. The payment is reconciled and booked automatically, and the payout is on its way — you do not have to ask for it.
What is deducted when the debtor pays?
A success fee on the principal: 20% on Free, 10% on Standard and 0% from Pro, where you keep the entire principal. Interest, reminder fees and collection fees accrue to Rieck and are charged to the debtor in accordance with the applicable rules.
Change the account the money is paid into
The account is changed in the portal and applies from the next payout. For security, the change is confirmed by email to the address held on the account.
